Amargosa Opera House is one of the most beautiful, miraculous, and marvelous building with a great mural and ballet in Death Valley, CA.

アマルゴサオペラハウスは、素晴らしい壁画が見られるカリフォルニア州国立公園デスバレーの中にあるバレエ劇場。

The ballet dancer Marta Becket is the founder of the opera house and she retired in 2012, but a successor re-opened the theater on December 26, 2014. There is an unbelievable story behind it.

here is my new article about life in east jesus and art works by Joe Holliday.

east jesus is located almost 200 miles to the east from los angeles. it is in middle of the desert, pretty much "nowhere land". the art works created by joe holliday are large scale and a lot of them are very colorful. however, i wonder why it has the same quietness as a desert…
イーストジーザスはロサンゼルスから320キロ東へ行った、砂漠のど真ん中にある、まさに「どこでもない場所」。ジョー・ホリデーのアート作品はとても大きく、カラフルなものが多い。だけど、砂漠と同じ静寂な音を発している。
